These are challenging times for everyone and the COVID 19 has effected everyone worldwide.
We at RMPAC are continuing to follow the guidelines and keeping up to date with restrictions.

As of January 5th 2021

  • You can exercise in a public outdoor space
    – by yourself
    – with the people you live with
    – with your support bubble
    – or, when on your own, with 1 person from another household

When around other people, stay 2 metres apart from anyone not in your household

You should minimise time spent outside your home, but you can leave your home to exercise. This should be limited to once per day and you should not travel outside your local area.
